BAYSIDE

1A number of pumpkins were smashed in a driveway and a 3-foot cement statue was found in the front seat of a car in that driveway in the 300 block of West Manor Circle the morning of Nov. 1. The statue, valued at $300, had been taken from a Fox Point residence.

BROWN DEER

2Two Milwaukee men, 19 and 29, were mailed citations for disorderly conduct after fighting at Applebee's, 9080 N. Green Bay Road, at 11 p.m. Oct. 9. The men, who work at the restaurant, one a cook, one a server, each punched the other and then one threw a tray and the other a salad.

3A 15-year-old Brown Deer boy was issued two citations for contempt of court while at Brown Deer Municipal Court, 4800 W. Green Brook Drive, the evening of Oct. 16. The boy, who was with his mother and in court for truancy and disorderly conduct, kept talking over the judge and rolling his eyes. He was warned twice to behave and each time continued to interrupt and was cited.

4A 17-year-old Brown Deer boy was arrested for disorderly conduct after using profane language and refusing to follow a teacher's instructions at Brown Deer High School, 8060 N. 60th St., at 8:15 a.m. Oct. 23. The boy said to an officer and that teacher, "(Expletive) this (expletive)."

5A 43-year-old Brown Deer woman was arrested for drunken driving after an off-duty police officer saw her driving erratically in the 4600 block of West Brown Deer Road at 11 p.m. Oct. 26. The woman drifted from lane to lane and hit a curb before being stopped, When asked how she was, she said, "I'm wonderful … Taco Bell." When asked if she'd been drinking she said she had water, soda and one glass of white wine. Her blood alcohol content was 0.14.

6Two cartons of cigarettes valued at $140 were taken from Walgreens, 6020 W. Brown Deer Road, at 5 p.m. Oct. 30. A man, described as about 30, 5-foot 8-inches tall, 190 pounds, asked the cashier for the cartons and then grabbed them and fled the store getting into a two-toned car.

FOX POINT

7A male, age and residence not available, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended and four active Germantown warrants in the 7500 block of North Port Washington Road at 3:30 a.m. Oct. 28. A pipe with marijuana residue weighing 0.02 grams was found in the driver's side door.

8A resident reported the theft of a 3-foot cement statue of a Greek fishing girl valued at $300 from the 8000 block of North Navajo Road on Oct. 31 or Nov. 1. The statue was found in a car in the 300 block of West Manor Circle, Bayside, the morning of Nov. 1.

GLENDALE

9Two bags along with gym gear valued at $250 were taken from a car in the 5200 block of North Port Washington Road during the day Oct. 27. Damage was $200.

Cars were broken into but nothing reported taken in the 5200 block of North Bethmaur Lane and the 6100 block of North Green Bay Avenue on Oct. 27. Windows were broken causing $200 damage.

10A 15-year-old girl and two 17-year-old girls, all of Milwaukee, were arrested for theft and the older girls also for theft with a shielding devise at H&M, 5736 N. Bayshore Drive, at 3:40 p.m. Oct. 27. About $220 of merchandise taken from H&M, Forever 21 and other stores was recovered. Other stolen items were found in the trunk of their car.

11A 20-year-old Illinois man was arrested for criminal damage to property after breaking a window and entering Pick 'n Save, 6969 N. Port Washington Road, at 3:05 a.m. Oct. 28. The night manager heard a loud crash and saw the man in the store and when that man saw the manager, he crawled back through the broken window but was stopped two blocks away. He said he was at a concert in downtown Milwaukee and while returning to his hotel got lost adding that he broke into the store because he needed "some food."

12A credit card was taken from a purse in an office at Nicolet High School, 6701 N. Jean Nicolet Road, sometime Oct. 28 and reported Nov. 1. More than $400 in fraudulent charges had been made.

13An attempted burglary was reported in the 2000 block of West Silver Spring Drive the evening of Oct. 29. A door was kicked in but entry not gained. The resident said the dog had barked and scared the suspect off. Damage was $100.

14A 16-year-old girl, residence not listed, was arrested for theft at Kohl's, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive, at 6:20 p.m. Oct. 30. The girl filled a purse with items valued at $246 including shirts, shoes and jewelry and ran from the store followed by an employee. She ran north on Lydell Avenue and was stopped by a police officer.

15More than $80 was taken from an office at Wisconsin's Department of Correction, 4160 N. Port Washington Road, on Oct. 31. The money was being kept safe for offenders who had been taken into custody.

16Two flat screen TVs, a video game system, jewelry and keys valued at more than $1,200 and a 2009 Toyota Corolla were taken during a daytime burglary in the 2600 block of West Como Place between 7:15 a.m. and noon Nov. 1. A door was forced open to gain entry.

17An attempted theft of wheels and tires on a Chevrolet Corvette and a Malibu was reported in the 300 block of West Coventry Court at 10 a.m. Nov. 1. One car had been placed on rocks and the other on pallets. Both had wheels and tires removed or partially removed but they were still in the garage. The crime might have been interrupted.

Four cars were broken into but nothing reported taken at Bayshore Town Center garages, 5631 and 5800 N. Bayshore Drive and 210 W. Silver Spring Drive between 9:25 p.m. and 11:58 p.m. Nov. 1. Damage to each car was from $200 to $500. Witnesses saw two of the entries in progress and two people were arrested, ages and residences not yet available.

SHOREWOOD

18Two purses and contents including wallets, credit cards, a digital media player and cash with a value of more than $400 were taken from a dining room table in the 4400 block of North Stowell Avenue between 5 and 7 p.m. Oct. 25 and reported Oct. 26.

19A $500 10-speed bicycle was taken from an underground garage in the 800 block of East Kensington Boulevard on Oct. 25 or 26.

20A 21-year-old Menomonee Falls man was arrested for drunken driving after crashing into a village tree in the 2100 block of East Kensington Boulevard at 2:10 a.m. Oct. 26. His BAC was 0.19.

21A 17-year-old Shorewood girl was arrested for underage drinking after a report of two girls fighting in the 2100 block of East Jarvis Street at 10:45 p.m. Oct. 27. The girl, who fled the scene but was found in the 4000 block of North Farwell Avenue, had minor injuries.

22A 67-year-old Shorewood woman was arrested for disorderly conduct after she punched a man in the stomach "causing pain" and then screamed in a hallway in the 1600 block of East River Park Court at 10:15 a.m. Oct. 29.

23A 17-year-old Milwaukee boy was arrested for disorderly conduct after he kicked a car causing minor damage in the 1600 block of East Capitol Drive at 3:20 p.m. Oct. 30.

24A wallet and laptop computer were taken from the 2800 block of East Menlo Boulevard between 11 p.m. and midnight Oct. 30. Stolen credit cards were used in Milwaukee.

25Two wallets and contents and keys were taken from a kitchen counter in the 3500 block of North Summit Avenue about 6:45 a.m. Oct. 31. Stolen credit cards were used in Milwaukee.

26A 51-year-old Shorewood man was arrested for disorderly conduct after he kicked and pushed a neighbor in the 4300 block of North Morris Boulevard at 1:15 p.m. Oct. 31. The man, who according to police was intoxicated, said he was upset because of how that neighbor raked leaves and where they were "placed."

27A woman attempted to use a fraudulent prescription to purchase oxycodone at Thompson's Serv U Pharmacy, 1421 E. Capitol Drive, at 5:50 p.m. Oct. 31. When told the prescription was fraudulent the woman fled the store.

WHITEFISH BAY

28An electronic tablet and speakers valued at more than $700 were taken from the 1000 block of East Circle Drive on Oct. 24 and reported Nov. 1.

29An LCD projector valued at $3,000 was taken from the Jewish Community Center, 6255 N. Santa Monica Blvd., on Aug. 12 and reported Oct. 29.

At least nine cars, mostly unsecured, were entered in the 800 block of East Hampton Road, the 4800 block of North Sheffield Avenue, the 4900 block of North Marlborough Boulevard, the 4900 and 5000 blocks of North Hollywood Avenue, and the 5000 block of North Sheffield Avenue on Oct. 28 and 29. A $200 smartphone and a pair of $250 sunglasses were reported taken but most residents reported nothing of value taken.

30A man was reported trying to enter a patio door in the 6100 block of North Lake Drive at 9:45 p.m. Oct. 31. Residents in the 6100 block of North Berkeley Boulevard also reported a man running through yards. He was described as about 6-feet tall in his 30s.

31An electronic tablet and laptop computer valued at $555 were taken from an unsecured car in the 5300 block of North Lake Drive on Nov. 1 or 2.

A $200 cellphone and a credit card were taken from cars in the 4900 block of North Ardmore Avenue and the 4800 block of North Cumberland Boulevard on Nov. 3 or 4. The credit card was canceled before it could be used.

32A BMX bicycle valued at $600 was taken from outside an apartment building in the 400 block of East Henry Clay Street on Nov. 2 or 3.

NORTH SHORE FIRE DEPARTMENT

Firefighters responded to 119 calls, 74 emergency medical and 45 fire/rescue, Oct. 29 to Nov. 4.
