Dumitru George Niculescu
Dumitru George Niculescu of Shorewood, originally from Bucharest, Romania, died May 12, 2009, at age 82.
He is survived by his wife, Relli Niculescu (nee Erdely); daughter, Jeaninne (Michael) Bauer; grandchildren, Christopher and Richard Bauer; niece, Adina (Evan) Zeppos; great-niece, Cristina Zeppos; other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Elena (the late Dr. Dumitru) Caimacan, and sister-in-law, Anna (the late Alexander) Basaraba, who was instrumental in relocating the Niculescu family to America.
The funeral service was held May 15 in the Chapel of the Chimes at Wisconsin Memorial Park, Brookfield.
