Characters from the Milwaukee Ballet's Nutcracker, Florentine Opera singers, and stilt-walking toy soliders were on hand for the lighting of the Bayshore Towne Center tree Nov. 13.
North Shore residents stood in line to receive the H1N1 vaccine at Brown Deer Village Hall on Oct. 28. The North Shore Health Department restricted vaccinations to people in at-risk groups, such as toddlers and pregnant women.
